ok, so its settled, i'm thinking this is because we don't have sufficient proof that we were here from 07 up until now.


then once we submit everything we're back on the fast track!!!


because they allow us to be back on top.

Let's not jump the gun. Wait for the RFE letter and the adjudicator will indicate what concerns he has.

It might be a paper fell out and they need another copy or they found something they need cleared up.

There must have been an oversight somewhere and they do believe you're still eligible for DACA otherwise they could have issued a Notice of Intent to Deny rather than the RFE.

a bit weird i guess i got lucky i only put my taxes for each year except 9 and 12, for those i had other evidence hmm just have to wait for the RFE letter
