What can happen if we continue to work with our expired EAD?
Say if your employer doesn't ask for the new one yet.

Been wondering that myself.

Also does anyone know of a single March approval? Even one?

I am right there with you all! I just checked this morning and nothing has changed with my application. So many ppl who expired in February have not heard anything, I am getting a bit scared. However on the other hand I am trying listen to my relatives and friends about not stressing out about it. Many days I just put it out my mind completely, for as long as I can.

My sister got a new job about 1 Month before her work permit expired. She was told if it was not in by expiration date she could no longer work there. She received her residence card about 3 days before her expiration date. She forgot to take it in and HR never asked for it or even questioned her about it. It's been 1 year and she's still waiting for them to ask for it.

To be honest I dont know but my sister was in this situation and she played it cool for a year until she left. They never asked and she never said a word i guess it depends on the company

I know allot of us are nervous because its getting down to crunch time but ppl don't stress yourselves out over it. I know its easier said than done but realistically we are gonna get are cards when we get them, plain and simple(no matter how many times we check or who got theirs yesterday). In the meantime there is nothing we can do, stressing your self out will just give you are headache. Life will go on if we get it after it expires or not. As I said before be optimistic! What if you do end up losing your job and get a better one when u get the renewal? A situation like this cane work itself out, u just never know. Think positive, I know its unfair but its not like its being taken away for good

So i reached out to my local congresswoman, and i just got a call back, their are going to assist!!! They asked for a release form which i signed and they will be assisting, this is so exciting!

Thank, and will do. Someone else on a different thread said that the congressman cant assist, and they might be true, but at this point out of feeling of desperation anything is helpful and gives me hope.
