I'm in the SF Bay Area so I presume my field office will be in San Francisco

You should definitely go through a lawyer. Did you use AP post conviction or before? If you used it post conviction, then that's good news bc you aren't inadmissible. Deportable is a whole different issue but I think being married to a USC and undergoing AOS, affords you some kind of protection. But definitely consult an attorney for your case. I'm sure Ianus will have a more in depth answer for this. Or others that are more knowledgeable than I.

Thanks OP.

I used advance paroled before I was convicted because I knew I was gonna lose Daca. So I prolonged my court date for a whole year and used that time to get and use AP .

Can we get sponsored by employer? My boss is willing to do so. Also, my half sister is citizen (Same father who lives overseas) so I'm not sure if that can help in anyway.

It's doesn't have to be family. My sponsor was a close friend of mine. As for the employer sponsor I have no idea.

You should really look around your area for an attorney. I mean, you have your AP and cleared your EWI. But seeing as it was before your official conviction, then admissibility is still in question.. Any offer free consults. But if you can afford one, I'd say just use them for your AOS case.

Quick question. My cousin received his green card through marrying a USC a few years ago and now they are divorced, so in order for him to renew his green card does he need to show proof that they are still married because my cousin is worried that he could lose his green card. He didn't have DACA prior to receiving the green card
