Yeah the processing time was within normal range. Sometimes it can take longer or shorter. It's just hard to predict. For example, my brother applied for AOS through marriage as well in December 2016 and his interview was in February! They didn't even have time to send him an EAD.

It is difficult to gauge how a hypothetical adjustment case would go forward with a DUI (And hi and this administration. Depending on the circumstances and the state. Here in CA, hit and run can be classified as a misdemeanor.

Still in cases like that it's best to ready up a CIMT waiver case, not file it, go into your interview, and if they try to deny you for CIMT you hand them the folder with the I-601, fee payment, and other documents.

Oh, most definitely. Smart money would be to get a lawyer to handle it. 1 conviction, it's doable. But 2 is pushing it. Especially in this climate.
