Hang in there, I am seeing that the approvals are all over the place and there is no pattern. Keep checking frequently and it can happen anytime. I had the same experience.

Not sure who to contact but it should come along with your biometrics appointment notice. If not, there is a way to submit a request for an access code and then a tech support from USCIS calls you.

This is kinda scary, my application was received April 15 and my EAD expires August 17. I was supposed to receive a reply to my service request by yesterday but nothing yet. Enough applicants from May have been approved that I am nervous about my application now..
