NO, they don't check for debts. They are more concern with fraud and criminal convictions.

So, no fake ssn's on the I-765 or I-821D.
Ok I'll explain that my parents pay for everything and I'm not sure as what to write for expenses other than food water and clothes shelter.

Thank your for your response too

They don't check with the IRS. If you google USCIS background check. They use about 5 databases but they are mostly concerned with criminal convictions. http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/p...scis_ibbcs.pdf

It is from 2010 but it gives you an idea. However, in petitions such as when someone is petitioning for you the person petitioning for you is required to make certain amount of money per year. I would try to get rid of the debt asap. I know is hard but is better to develop healthy spending habits since we have no idea what they will ask for DREAM.

So your income is what you make. Just estimate your annual expenses. Add up how much you think you spend annually.

Keep it simple but explain things. Something like this but you can change it to fit your situation.

You can write a simple explanation. I make __ working X amount of hours per week at a fast food location. (keep it general and don't say the name of where you work). My parents pay most of my expenses. However, I pay for food, clothes, my cell phone, and contribute to some household expenses. I would like to obtain my ead so I can return to school.

On another note, I want to ask you all something. I'm not superstitious but there's a guy in my family who locates missing persons for the police sometimes and I asked him about my DACA application. He said it's been handled by two different people so far and is just sitting in a shelf for a month. Is this actually a plausible situation? Could he be right? Again, I take whatever he says with a grain of salt because he always demands favors or money before he 'fixes the problematic energy' for me.
Not hostile, just looking out for my friend... Plus I'm the opposite of that if you knew me you would luv me...
Ah shucks just ask ur magic ball... It will show u wonders.

LOL. You'd think someone with his type of "powers" wouldn't be demanding a few bucks from people.

As little Annie said, Tomorrow, Tomorrow is only a day away, and so is some lucky person's approval in this forum. Keep your heads up everyone.

I think I'm seriously going to be medically depressed if I don't get approved by early Feb. I quit my crappy job in hopes that I will get the work permit soon and get a decent job. Also, driving to and from work and school instead of taking the bus(terrible metro system here in DC) has always been my wish ever since I was 16. Only thing that keeps me from being mad at others is the mind game with dates where I go, "ok let's wait until the end of this week." Then soon enough "ok lets wait until end of the month". Then it's "when it reaches 3 months since bio app" etc.. Getting sick of this wait is all because I feel like everything in my life is somehow held up until this thing is approved. I'm sure you feel this way too and I just wanted to vent a little!
