CA DL thread - Page 146

I've been studying for the test via the YouTube videos and a great iPhone app for when I'm on the go. Looking forward to the written so I can finally learn to drive.

A lot of the questions are common sense, but a few are kinda tricky. I didn't read the manual and I passed it. The ones I missed were one about motorcycles and about tailgating.

I only missed one question on my test, and I've never driven before. lol I just read through the manual, and took the practice tests online. I'm now barely learning to drive, and I'm not having as much trouble as I thought I would. I froze the first time I was behind the wheel -- I figured I'd be stuck at that stage for a long time. I overcame my fear quickly, though.

With practice, I should be ready in about two months to take the behind-the-wheel test.

Just got my license in the mail today. It expires in 2 years

Yet another victim of Escondido. If you had read some posts back you would've known not to go there. Oh well. Tough luck kiddo

Update. I got a "Temporary" license paper, but my license arrived today, exactly one week, and it expires 2017.

Dmv ?
