My permit expires 2/27 as well I talked to a level 2 rep and they gave me that information saying my case was still 75 days from even being looked at when I submi mines on 10/31/2014. I did call again and ask if my case could be expedited after I wrote the ombudsman an email and they suggested to call and see if this would be a possibility due to significant financial loss to myself bc if my permit expires I can no longer work to pay my tuition or to live at all bc I will have no income I suggest everyone to give it a try here's the link http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria It doesn't hurt to try and see if you can hurry the process up a bit. I feel for all of you i would of never thought this would of been happening to me. Hopefully nothing negative happens later on due to this

Had an infopass session today at the Boston USCIS office. They told me that the status of my case is "waiting for bio information", which worries me a bit since I did my biometrics almost three weeks ago.

I put in a request to expedite my case, which was denied within two hours. I think that my last resort is reaching out the obdusman and hoping they can help.

When we called we were told that DACA applicants are unable to expedite their cases

We were told that DACA applicants are unable to expedite their cases but we called and spoke with a rep and explained our situation (very similar to yours) and she put in a note in regards to our case and we just got an email confirmation today that our case (well my husband's) is "currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action shortly". I hope this is the truth and that we hear something soon. My husband had an amazing job he had to take a leave from on January 12th due to his work authorization expiring. We just had a baby on the 18th of January so I am unable to work and he is out of work. We have two other children and if he doesn't get back to work soon, we may lose our home all we can do now is trust in God. I hope you hear something soon as well!

Oh our timeline goes as follows,

His EAD was due to expire on 1/12/15.
We filed on 9/16/14 (express overnight shipping)
They received our app. on 9/17/14.
He did his bios on 10/16/2014.
They sent out an RFE mid Dec. that we didn't receive until Jan. due to moving.
We sent in the RFE on the 5th, express overnight, they received it on the 6th.
Still waiting for a decision . . .
