 I learned to be patient and to not become arrogant and presumida once I'm approved... Ja... I am happy to see all approvals that r in here and also in my community. I know 5 yougsters that have been approved and I'm so proud of the opportunities and the difference they will make for the sake of humanity. I also know 3 or 4 that did not qualify and my heart broke. I know if a reform comes in they'll probably qualify in a heartbeat and possibly get approved before me!!! Lol. The jacked up part is that for so many years I lived as a no immigrant and that's possibly why I am yet not approved yet... Still , not yet being denied gives me hopes! My feelings are turning me bipolar because even tho I am happy for DACA approvals I also feel a lot of bad feelings for having to wait so long! Lol but I'm ok. (I'm typing on my iPhone excuse the bad grammar... Plus sex and the city 2 is on! Trying to multi task... |

Well, Here is the response after the congressman inquiry for my case:
"We recognize your constituent’s interest in a final processing of their pending request for Deferred Action. USCIS electronic records indicate that your constituent’s I-821D and I-765 c33 were filed on September 11, 2012. Your constituent’s case is pending and will be reviewed in the order in which it was received. USCIS will be making every effort to review your constituent’s case in a timely manner. We will let your constituent know if we need anything else from them in the future.
Unfortunately, we do not have the dates that are currently being processed. I-821D and their corresponding I-765’s do not have any set processing time. They are reviewed in the order in which they are received and will be processed as efficiently as possible under our resource constraints. If your constituent does not receive a *notice of action on this case within 90 days, please feel free to follow-up with our office."
I guess it didn't help and I will just have to keep waiting. A este paso la reforma va a llegar primero.....

Applications Submitted : Sept 3, 2012 Application Received: Sept 5, 2012 Bio Appointment: Went on October 1st and had a finger injury. They only took my pic and i had to come back on Friday Oct 5 for the fingerprints APPROVED APRIL 6, 2013 Yeyiiiah
