So I applied through a highly recommended attorney on October 23rd and USCIS didn't receive my app until October 23rd. I had my biometrics done on Nov 6th and it's driving me nuts. What's going on with the Vermont! Congrats to everyone approved BTW.

that's why i highly recommend that attorney... i'm SHOCKED you were not approved on OCT 23!!!

jk jk... just hang tight, you lawyer must of done a beautiful job on ur app... but its out of his hands once uscis has it. =D trust me... my attorney was also highly recommended

Not exactly sure way. I originally sent my w2s from 2008- 2011, high school transcripts, college class schedule, and college loan/ payment agreements. Not to mention random receipts, pay stubs, and all sorts of other things.

I had to dig through my computer files, graded college papers/ tests, receipts, and pay stubs to find more evidence. I really felt the rfe was completely unnecesary.

It didn't help that they lost my rfe letter for 2 weeks conveniently right around the holidays. Wasting my damn time. Well I hope they get it together for the 2 of us. I quit my job when I applied because I wanted to get a new one a "more legal way" but I'm really regretting it now.

Date of EAD Approved FEB-07-2013!!!
