WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE THAT LEFT ON AP??
I believe there is a clause that exempts AP peeps, as AP (if granted) is considered for humanitarian reason or something like that?

Also look at the bulleted point above that one where it says Did not depart the U.S., unless it was AP.

I forgot how I should fill out my check for the filing fee.

Should I do the following?

Payable to: United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
Memo: DACA renewal (I-765 filing fee & biometrics)

Please read the 1-765 Instructions. It has the info on how to pay and other important info.

" 1. The check or money order must be drawn on a blank of other financial institution located in the United States and must be payable in U.S. currency; and
2. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

NOTE: Spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials "USDHS" or "DHS"

Anyone know if you have to send in a copy of your EAD with the renewal? I lost my EAD card and never got a replacement since I knew that I was going to renew it now. In the "Instructions for I-765" it says one of the requirements is a copy of the last issued EAD card front and back though I do not know if this applies for the renewal process? I do still have my acceptance that I received my EAD just not the EAD itself. Can anyone offer any insight or should I go to one of those filling locations?

Mine did that too with my initial I-821-D form, I think because it's very long maybe. U need to download the latest adobe reader. It will not open on your smart phone, you need a laptop or desktop.

I hate to say this but that was a very big mistake. Did you at least make a copy of the EAD before it was lost? If not, you're going to have to get a new EAD first because honestly the instructions are clear as you correctly pointed out. On page 6 of I-765 Instructions, under "REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION", it says you must submit copy of your last EAD (front and back) if a prior EAD was issued. Now, my suggestion here would be call USCIS, tell them you have lost your EAD and ask them if its okay for you to submit a copy of passport or state DL/ID instead. I honestly think you will have to get a new EAD first but give it a shot. Good luck.

Thank you! I was looking around the instruction documents and couldn't find that piece of information for some reason.
