Texas Service center here. RFE: (Lawyer Prepared) Proof continuous residence from 2007-2011. Sent: Phone bills, Bank Statements, Teaching Observation Hours, Medical Records (Redacted), Blockbuster Card, Best Buy Purchases, and other minimal stuff. I sent at least 4 bank statements per year and the rest of the months were covered by phone bills, medical records, etc. I spread everything out. I made clear to the lawyer to send the college transcript again on top of all of it and to note the dates for each semester. I had to be present to receive a grade. They apparently used the college transcripts under the educational category the first time. |
