Mine used to say the same till this morning, when the status changed to received your application..? I see it has happened to many others also. btw what was your application date. mine was 3-21-16

What was the result?

Woow just came from my info pass, it's the worst service ever, basically I get there and explained my situation. The person I spoke to gave me all the wrong information after I gave him my bio letter with my case numbers... He said that my application was terminated after waiting 30 min for him then I told him that wasn't the case. He went to get his manager and after another 20 mins of waiting he came back and said its pending and to wait lmao. He said that my case is moving along so I asked how so he didn't say. I asked him to contact USCIS office on my behalf he said that they weren't able to do that, so I finally ask his supervisor if their office is basically useless she laughed and said yes because their is nothing they can do. She was trying to convince me that my case was received in their lockbox on April 13 and it takes forever for the process to start after that, I told her that wasn't the case because i sent my application on April 6 express mail and finally my service center started working on April 13. It was a waste of my day and I can understand how can USCIS gets away with stuff like this?

So I just came back from my InfoPass appointment... I had a very helpful representative but her hands are tied! She saw that it still said in process and agreed that I did everything right to have this approved already! She called the Nebraska Service Center directly and they informed her that there was nothing they could do because they were still waiting for my background check.. They've been waiting since May! They said since its a third party there was no way to speed up the process... This is ridiculous!!! I haven't traveled anywhere and haven't even gotten a speeding ticket.. and my name isn't that common. She went ahead and also sent an email to the Nebraska Center explaining everything from my case so hopefully it raises some flag..

I have also spoken to my case worker from the congressman's office and she said she has requested expedited processing but who knows if that will help..

I am going to email the NILC today.

Over 4 months since I submitted my app.. and 7 days away from expiration.

this really sucks. I'm on the same boat I expire in 7 days and I'm still waiting. I applied on 4/5 and did bios on 4/28. I have also done info pass they are basically useless waste of taxpayers money.

Yup... that's the government for you though.

Anyone trying to check their case on myaccount.uscis.gov and getting redirected to another page?
