You received your biometrics before they cashed your check?

In other words, he got approved in just 3 weeks. Unless he did a biometrics walk-in and it was approved two days later. That could match his timeline.
Below is his comment.
Again, that comment was made by someone else. The original poster is 'oso009' and the comment about the biometrics and receipt notices was made by 'Bustock' Look at the names.

Guys My Daca and My Brothers renewal was approved. My paperwork was to expire on November and My Brothers on December. Thank you for the great information provided in the last couple of weeks regarding the possibility.!!! (self.DACA)

It's been pretty fast, I sent my application on the 15th of January, I got a receipt letter two weeks later, one week after that I got my biometrics appointment, and on the 13 of this month is my appointment. I remember it taking longer to even get a biometrics appointment. It's moving so fast.

That make sense.

I get it now. Sorry for not paying attention into that! The guy asked the OP and somebody else responded it!!! thanks for the heads up.

BTW, I just saw that he commented below it, saying that he applied in the morning after the governement shutdown (January 22nd). In other words, he got approved in two weeks. If true, that's outstanding!

A member here submitted his applications on Jan.24, they were received on the 26th and on the 27th he got his biometrics scheduled. If he wanted to, he could have printed out his form online and walked-in on biometrics that same day. That's why I don't doubt that other guy's story.

Good to know some people are really getting that fast. Thanks

Some of us don't want to be approved this fast because we'll loose a lot of months, lol

Though I do remember when DACA first started, the first few people who applied were approved really quickly and then the average time ended up being between 3-6 months for initial.

Certainly possible to be approved right after Bios.. In 2016, I got approved 1 day after my bios. Granted it took them about 3-4 months to schedule Bios (walked in immediately when it was posted) and got approved the next day. They probably had my application approved pending completion of BIOs or something.

I second that, as the same thing happened to me in 2016.
