Just got out the phone with a supervisor at uscis, at least she tried to help but wasn't able to submit another request because my last one was completed yesterday and she read the notification to me which was basically I'm out of processing time and my case is under adjudication I believe... Very stressful but she tried, back to the waiting game

I messed on my timeline it was my first renewal and I blew it smh but application was received April 13, bio May 6 my EAD expired few weeks after and I'm waiting now

Hi guys...

I got approved yesterday for mine, I'm just posting an update here.

EXP. 8/17
APROVAL 8/09
RENEWAL RECEIVED 4/20
BIOMETRICS 5/12

The EAD isn't approved yet, but I already got approved for DACA. It says that the approval notice is being mailed, so hopefully the EAD will come soon after.

To the person posting about consulting a lawyer, don't, this is out of his hands and not even a congressperson can be 100% successful in expediting an application.

The speculation about the background check having to do with the delays are wrong. There has been no bulletin about it across service centers. The true devil in the picture is the new freaking electronic system. There is special place in hell for the contractor that won the bid for overhauling the system.
