It's not but I don't like how the finger print agent treated me last time. I left the appointment feeling some type of way.

How are you able to view your case if you didn’t have a receipt number to add to your cases? All I can see is my approved case from 2016...

Case status date changed again on my online account....wth is going on? It used to be January 27, then it changed to February 8, today it changed to February 10. It's still showing the same status though.
