8 months club - Page 16

no i hit my 8 month today! and i believed there are people pass 8 month already and ready for the 9th! sad!

that is sad . im hoping to be approved anywhere from now till my 7th month

none that i knew of, but your question prompted me to ask my mother just to make sure. apparently her united states citizen (usc) sister petitioned her some 10+ years ago and she said that i would automatically fall under the petition since I'm her son, but I'm already over 21 so it wouldn''t apply to me anymore when she would've eventually been approved (she's a permanent resident now thanks to my usc dad anyway so that petition is useless now). I don't think this counts as a previous case imo, or maybe it does idk lol

I hit 8 months tomorrow which is April 23. You haven't hit 8 months till you hit April 24.

lol! I actually deliver mine around 21 ish , but they didnt received until 24 so depends on which date you want to use as guideline! well either way is not good ! FML! waiting!

It will tell you when they recivied and processed your case if you check on your case status if it was recivied and processed on August 24 then you aren't at 8 months..........not till Wednesday

I received the denial notice today. It said I was denied because:

1) I did not show that I arrived in the US before 16
2) I did not show that I was here constantly since 2007
3) I did not show that i had a GED or High school Diploma or current enrolled in college

I will be re-applying because:

1) I provided copies of my passport showing that I came in 2003 when I was 14
2) I provided newspaper articles, business investor reports, and transcripts from my college showing presence.
3) I provided proof of current enrollment in college plus proof of graduation and receipt of Associates Degree plus proof of current enrollment showing pursuit of my BBA Degree.

Whoever was doing my case was probably some inbred idiot that can't read and calculate dates.

They may be wanting to see your taxes.... As proof
I only say this because te CIR will require that

I'm still surprised that they didn't send an RFE and did an outright denial. You should call USCIS just in case to save yourself the $465 in fees.
