The sad part about this, is that people are probably already refreshing the USCIS website thinking the DACA filing process will magically appear because of this sudden ruling.

DOJ will appeal. This order will not be enforced until the appeal is heard, when it is, they'll rule in favor of the DOJ.

Not likely, this is California...It would go to the 9th Circuit first!!!!!!

This is why I said PEOPLE SHOULD FILE while the court case is pending.
