How do you go about putting in a service request online if your case has hit the six month mark without any updates or notice on that case

Hey guys just wanted to share that my husband was listening to the
Radio last week and they had lawyers on there saying.."que no se desesperen, solo porque dicen que
Sevan a tardar de 4- 6 meses no quiere decir que eso se va a tardar
Esacta mente, it might be sooner and it might be longer..ay muchas applicasiones en espera
y muchos applicantes se estan desesperando y estan llamando pero no se desesperen"...the
Interview was in spanish on the spanish station..Just thinking it might make u,
All feel a just a bit better...I don't mind them being backed up I'm pretty
Sure they are overloaded, it just bothers me that they are throwing
Older applicants to the back of the line when we have estabeblished a grown
Up life with grown up responsibilities, paying bills, taxes, rent or house payement
And been here since the dinousour era.(like butters says lol)
Its pretty mest up, altough its not the youngsters fault, good for them.

I understand exactly how you feel.... It sucks we have to make our own excuses for other people's responsibilities..... But hang in there.... Sooner or later we have to get some type of response.... I know it's starting to get to the point where it bothers us to see people get approved in weeks.... But our time will come and it will feel even sweeter.... Because we got through yet another struggle.... No pierdas la Fè..... It's hard but just know that you're not alone.... There's plenty of us that feel exactly how you feel....

Sooooooo I just got an email from uscis saying they sent a letter requesting more evidence (rfe)... Funny thing is I called today asking about my case and few hours later I recieved the email... but no text ?! Anyway, I am still a little happy to even receive this because I know something is finally about to happen... That much closer. God is good!

On March 5, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence/information or the opportunity to submit it expires. A new processing period will begin when we receive your response. You or your representative will be notified by that office of a decision or if any further information or action is needed from you. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Question, "new processing period" that doesn't mean the process starts all over right? Just curious
