Where any of those two offenses expunged?

To answer your question, (anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), I believe the 6 months begins after the biometrics since that's when they begin the background check on you.
whats the deal with the whole expunged thing ? what does that mean ?

Well in 2009, I had applied for F1 while in status, but went out before they could approve it so they denied it for that reason and they sent me something leave in 30 days never heard from the again.

Have 2012 pulled over w/out license.

Amack, I don't think any of those are considered "significant misdemeanors". I doubt you have anything to worry about.

Q3: What offenses constitute a significant misdemeanor?
A3: For the purposes of this process, a significant misdemeanor is a misdemeanor as defined by federal law (specifically, one for which the maximum term of imprisonment authorized is one year or less but greater than five days) and that meets the following criteria:

Regardless of the sentence imposed, is an offense of domestic violence; sexual abuse or exploitation; burglary; unlawful possession or use of a firearm; drug distribution or trafficking; or, driving under the influence; or,
If not an offense listed above, is one for which the individual was sentenced to time in custody of more than 90 days. The sentence must involve time to be served in custody, and therefore does not include a suspended sentence.

ok lets say you commited a crime got a felony , pleaded guilty , they let you out on probation , finished probation , and now your conviction got expunged , and as of now applied with the misdeameanor , never served any real jail time , what are your odds ?

If it got expunged then it's supposedly off the records. I know some people who applied for jobs who's records were "expunged" and were hired under a clean background check. But then again who know's what the government knows about you. They treat these applications on a case by case basis. Depending on the felony and what happened I can't tell you exactly what your chances are. Have you tried consulting a lawyer? I think that's your best bet.

I have recently returned to school thanks to the opportunity/hope that DACA has provided me.

Thank you! Yeah don't worry about those misdemeanors, they're only traffic violations. I'm sure you'll hear from them soon!

Best of luck!

Did anyone with an rfe do a service request after 60 days? I'm approaching my time here in a couple weeks and am wondering if it will help at all.
