Also saw someone post that their brother received a deportation order and the DACA app was included inside the envelope. Someone was trying to give him a hint i guess.

There are people being approved with multiple misdemeanors. Mostly for driving without a DL or hit and runs. I read somewhere on the USCIS site that they're taking it on a case by case basis.
