Mine expires in 3/19.
Haven't been approved yet. Waiting....

I mistakenly thought I was approved the other day but realized I put the wrong last digits on the case number.

Just fyi, while Nebraska still has the date of October 16, 2014 for the applications they are currently processing, Texas has gone back to its original processing time of 3.5 months.

It went through Nebraska. I was constantly checking the timeline on the USCIS website too..it was only up to September when I checked last week. Thankfully, somehow it went through quick.

Feeling down. Mine expires this Tuesday coming up. 3-10

my renewal was received on 10/27. mine expired on 2/25. My employer had to terminate me. i was there for 7 years.

anyway, i just called uscis and it appears that mine was sent to the texas processing center and they are currently working on apps for renewal sent in on 10/16. at what rate do they move on to the next day? im pretty close but still i need to get back to work asap

anyone else out of the texas center?

Did biometric on 11/21/2014
case status says name was updated on 12/23/2014 on both 821d and 765

Still says name was updated as of today... sigh... my license expires end of 3/28/2015... where is my approval notice and new EAD...

I'm so upset right now I called am today and the representatives are so unhelpful I don't know what else to do contacted congressman ombudsman every one still no approval my first application was approved so fast

Quick question. Has anybody tried doing a walk-in on their biometric?

I have mine set for Thursday but I have a lot going on at my jobs so I'm trying to see if I can go in on Wednesday morning..

I just want to say to all of you to keep your head up. I know it's hard to keep positive while worrying about being terminated and worrying about money. I contacted my lawyer which contacted my senators office and then they got in contact with USCIS my EAD expired on 3-3-15.

It got approved on 2-27-15, then it was shipped on 3-5-15 and I received it today 3-9-15.

Keep your head up guys, also I do want to let you guys know that when I went to the DMV today it caused some issues, the lady at the counter told me that immigration couldn't confirm so I needed to wait a couple of days before I could get my license renewed. They gave me a temporary one until it's figured out. I hope that when it comes to my job inputting in my information tomorrow when I go back to work doesn't have the same issues. I'll keep you guys updated and keep all of you in my prayers.
