No one said it is an application approval or deferred action has been granted... It is an application acceptance.. Which means it contains all the documents necessary to be processed...
We still need to wait to hear back from the Nebraska service center to get the appointment for biometrics, which will come about next week for my case... and also wait for any RFE(Requests for Evidence) they might inquire.. hopefully none for me...

You are saying exactly what I pointed out. Your previous post, however, contradicts what we are both getting at. You stated that the I-797C notice is of application approval. I stated that it is not application approval, but simply acceptance/receipt.
