What your Renewal Packet should consist of - Page 17

Hello,

I have a a few doubts hope someone can help me out:
* In page 3 section 7- 9, they are asking if you have travel in this time, and then they ask you if you have left at all and then your passport info, if you haven't travel do you still need to give your passport info?

*There are a couple pages that are going to be left empty (because they are only for initial petitions) In my case pages 6 and 7 are going to be completely empty since I'm doing it myself, do I need to mail those pages as well even thou they would not have anything in them? do I suppose to put my old addresses as well?

*How do I know which USCIS Office did I applied in the first time, they ask you that in the I-765

*How do i know if I filled thru ICE or USCIS the first time?

if somebody could help me with this, it would be awesome. I'm in North Carolina, I'm not sure where can I get help with this, I did it thru a lawyer the first time but he gave me all the copies and stuff, but he is a little expensive this time around so that's why I want to do it myself.

I'm so confused cause there is another page that has field offices, you don't send to those right? just the lockbox facilities?

He got that crap from the i765 form instructions which uscis put out. And no they dont use the same picture from the first approval, you get your picture taken again at your biometrics appointment.

Where do you put the passport photos? can you put it inside a small envelope inside the big yellow envelope, or you just thorw them in the envelope, the same with the money order? Do I need a cover page explaining what I'm sending or they won't care?

Okay guys so I sent mines on Wednesday. Now I wait. I'm excited!!

I placed mine inside a small envelope along with the money order. Just write the contents of the small envelope outside of it so they know what is inside. I even included a cover letter letting them all know where everything is. Really easy.

Has anybody REGISTERED A BUSINESS UNDER THEIR NAME and already renew their application?

I registered a Business on JUNE and I have no idea what documents I should include on the package. Please help.

I send my package today, and I was putting away my copies and notice that as much as I checked before sending it I totally overlook the date!!! I'm such an idiot! I did sign the I-821D and the I765 but didn't put any date cause I wasn't sure when I was going to mail it, can someone tell me what the consequence for this is? I send a cover letter with today's date, the money order has yesterday's date. I'm freaking out right now

Calm down, You'll be fine they'll notice the rest of the dates and fill in the blank space where is needed

Guys, is the order in the opening post the order we should send it in?

I will send mine today, or tomorrow morning.. I have everything filled out and stuff but just need to know the order is right!
