honestly i havent done mine since im 8 days away from my 6th month , but theres people on here who have so theyll probably have a better answer for you ?

quick question about that whole name update , did they change your name from what you wrote down on your application ?

No I have never had any issues with my name, what I think it means its when your name has been clear of the background check, cause I got the name update last night about at 7 pm and about 30 minutes later my employment had been approved and today in the morning my daca

For anyone that did an e-request online can u help me plz, at the end when it ask you the reason for your e-request it gave me two options:

1.Typographical error on a notice you received
2. Non-Delivery of ASC Appointment Notice

Is it the second option??

I think the whole name update thing has to do with
An officer finally working on ur application
A. U will be approved
B. They will rfe ur a*** lol
I don't think it has to do with ur name being change

i dont think its number 2 because asc appointment , pretty much stands for your biometrics if you havent receive an appointment , and number 1 is pretty much indicating that there was an error with your application or something such as address name etc . it doesnt give you another option ? i know theres people on here that have filed online who could help

Yea that's what I figured too, but no it doesn't give me more options, they might of taken the other options off or something, But yea I really hope someone on here can help me out with this?? Thanks again though, glad I asked before submitting. I wonder why some uscis agents do e-request for some ppl and others don't, some of them must not like us or something or are annoyed of how many ppl call about they're cases, they don't understand our needs and how important it is for us.

yeah pretty much man , i figure they might be overwhelmed by the majority of calls they be receiving , so just go off and tell everyone to keep waiting or "there is no timeline" , but some people get lucky and get a good representative who actually files their request for them
