I really do not understand why they are approving people that have later expirations and us that expire in august are left behind. Is there something wrong with these people???

Yeah, happy to see approvals but early applicants following the 120-150 day guidelines got left behind.
Got to be something to do with their systems, is it set to descending sort than a ascending one for Received date? Looks like a lot of the approvals are mid-late May applicants irrespective of their exp dates while Mar, Apr, early May seem to be trickling by.
Whatever it is, hope they are looking into it (doubtful with the boilerplate messages we hear over the phone) and get it sorted out so that it doesn't adversely impact anyone!

Unfortunately, don't think it really matters. We have seen folks getting approved who applied much later on while rest are waiting.

Hopefully, they iron out the kinks by then and also much lower volumes outside of the two year wave of applicants should help.

In June they were working on March applications. The updated date does not correlate with the actual date they are tracking.
Go to the top of the chart.
Field Office Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center as of: June 30, 2016
I-821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Renewal March 16, 2016

So in theory they must be working on May/June applications right this minute.

I am 5 days away from the 180 day mark. They need to stick to how they were handling cases, not this e-filing bs that takes forever just to schedule biometrics.

aah wondering the same thing here. the worst part is casual indifference when we follow up thru any desperate means and being left with uncertainty.
It's a lot better knowing how and when they plan to work on these cases so we have some sense of timelines..
Every response is just a canned one. In the queue, additional review etc.
