Hello everyone!

I have just gotten approved both DACA and EAD. But sadly, USPS has misplaced my EAD although it says delivered- it was not in my mailbox. Only 1 person in my house has the key to the mailbox.

I have no idea what I should do or where I should start. After a long wait to be approved, I am smacked in the face of this lost EAD.

Anyone know what I should do? Thanks.

Application received by USCIS: October 2, 2012
Biometrics done: October 24, 2012
Transferred from Vermont to Nebraska on February 15, 2013
DACA Approved: March 27, 2013
EAD Approved: March 26, 2013
EAD Sent: March 28, 2013
EAD was stated to be "DELIVERED" by USPS but I never received anything.

usps has a habit of saying something was delivered and it actually wasn't. I'd wait a couple days and if you don't get anything, call USPS.

don't hesitate give them a CALL!!

dude dont sweat it! this happens to me whenever i deal with USPS. they ALWAYS say they delivered my stuff but dont leave any delivery notice or anything. this is common problem. wait a day or two. they should deliver it tomorrow.

USPS is saying that they won't deliver mine until monday. I have it in my hand.

Well first congratz on ur approval!!!!
Second give it a few more days they only mailed it out on Thursday
So just give it a few more days don't worry u have been approved

I've been quite since joining this page. I am not religious at all. I'm actually athiest. Just wanted to say that I got approved for my EAD on Friday. It was nearly 6 months but all it takes is patience. Praying won't help. For all those who are still waiting your time will come. I thank my family for everything and can't forget about Obama for giving us this opportunity. Good luck to all who are still waiting.

do you know your exact timeline ? i hit 6 months on the 4th of april a few days away , and praying does work , we all prayed that jesus would touch the hearts of these men with so much power in their hands to actually do something for our people , and bang obama gave us daca , and now we remain hopefull and pray and pray that god touches the hearts of these senators and give us the CIR for our family members , but i everyone has a right to belief right , but anyways whats your exact time line ?
