I got my biometrics done today. I went on the day I was scheduled to go, but I went in a little over an hour early . It was pretty neat to see the process. The process was fairly quick, and it took only 5-10 min. The people weren't mean or nice. They were just professional and serious. They handed me a survey and gave good feedback. This was at the one in San Jose by the way

Anybody that actually went on their scheduled get approved yet?
Or anybody that put an income been approved?
From what I am seeing no right,

Well i went on my appt date, the 12th.
But not have heard anything yet.

Seems like the first wave that were rerouted to Nebraska and did a walk-in have heard something.

Afterwards, they started rerouting alot to california, and from those that did a walk in have heard something as well.

Am i right?

I heard of someone being approved that put an income over $50,000. If I remember correctly. So this shouldn't be a problem from what some are saying.

So, after I received my text/email from USCIS saying they received my application and that it was sent to Vermont for processing, I haven't gotten anymore texts/emails through the entire process. I still received the letters in the mail for both the I797c's and the biometrics, but no e-notifications since 9.5.2012. They haven't even updated my LUD stuff on the My Case Status section of the USCIS site. Weird.

I just did a walk-in for my biometrics today, so I'm assuming I won't have a clue about what's going on regarding the decision in my case until I receive something in the mail.

Well I have been doing a little research for the past three days. I have been looking up receipt numbers that come before mine. lol. I was deducting from the last three numbers and two days ago it took me really far back until I saw approvals. Then today approvals are only off by 500. I am probably just crazy lol.

Mine update still hasn't updated since 8/24 and I received a text that my packet was being routed to Cali on 8/27. I just did my biometrics today, so my guess the next time we get a text/email will probably be when we are approved/rejected for EAD. That's my guess but someone with more knowledge please feel free to correct me

haha. either way, I think DACA applicants get to speed up the process. Even though I was a walk-in, the manager and the security guard let me cut in front of everyone there to get to my biometrics faster. I think the ASCs are told to give priority to all Daca applicants. You'll see what I mean when you get there.
