I haven't been approved yet (exp. 9/4) but I just revived the following email:

Our records indicate that you submitted your request for renewal between February 14 and May 14, 2016. Requests submitted during this timeframe may have taken longer than expected. You should receive a decision on your case within the next few weeks. USCIS is dedicated to restoring normal processing times as quickly as possible.

If you have other questions, you may contact USCIS by filling out the web form at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus.

If you move to a new address, please remember to update your address to ensure that your card is mailed to your current address. You may update your address using our online tool at http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange.

Every response is just a canned one. In the queue, additional review etc.
Exactly how i feel. Speaking to agents and infopass is literally like speaking to a wall. Look at the post above. Another person who applied in may just got approved. I applied a full month a half before. And im about to expire. Seriously. WTF!!!

First time I see this one. At least they are transparent about it which is better than before. Essentially, unlucky folks who applied between Feb 14- May14 got zipped.

So I logged in just now and I can see the "new view" again, but still no approval. Golly... only 6 days left for me.

Not at all lol. Love the "We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. " Just a trivial matter of lost jobs, health insurance, and anxiety amongst other things.

From here the Sept people who have gotten approved submitted their application (notice date) well before May 14th, so I'm having a hard time understanding that email.

Whoops. This means me. I got my acceptance notice May 12th.

I don't expire until 9/29.
