Anyone here do an infopass on there daca case even dough they say infopass can't provide information on daca?

From what read that state does not keep
Individual records. Weird.
Have u tryed talking to the principal
and explaining what's going on
The principal not the school counciler

Application Received by USCIS: October 22nd 2012
Biometrics: December 11th 2012
Current Status: As of February 28th, 2013. The I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was transferred and is being processed at an USCIS office.

I have been reading these forums for quite a while but never really posted anything before. The process is getting quite frustrating. I completely understand that they are running behind with the applications but I also heard that they laid off some of the agents which is the reason why we are seeing delays with the applications. It does not make sense to me why they would let go of quite a few agents when we all paid +-$500 per applicant (correct me if I am wrong).

My question is, for the New York residents who applied in mid-late October 2012. Have any of you been approved as of yet? What is your current status? When did you go in for your biometrics?

My application was sent Sept 28th and received by them on October 4th
Originally had Biometrics on October 30th but due to Sandy it was moved to November 30th. Since then my case was transferred to Nebraska on February 14th and since then I have not heard anything. Im a New York resident. Application numbers start with EAC1390017XXX . Anyone else in New York close to those number received already?
