Originally had Biometrics on October 30th but due to Sandy it was moved to November 30th. Since then my case was transferred to Nebraska on February 14th and since then I have not heard anything. Im a New York resident. Application numbers start with EAC1390017XXX . Anyone else in New York close to those number received already?
My application is 1390068XXX so ours were received around the same time.

It's been a great day everyone ! Went on my first interview today and aced it and I also passed and got my NYS Learners permit

Congratulations! It seems that us New Yorkers are stuck with very long waits. You applied in August and just recently got approved. I applied in October, bio in December. I wonder if it will take that long as well. If you don't mind me asking, what are the first 4 digits of your application? Did you receive a status update online first (that it had been approved) or just via mail? Was it transferred from Vermont to a local USCIS?

Hi I am a New York resident as well, my application was accepted on October 29th and bio was done on November 29. Since then my application was transfered to Nebraska on march 7th. I haven't heard back anything from them as yet! I am hoping for something soon! Best of luck guys.
