Still i kept calling USCIS and they kept giving different stories each time. My lawyer told me to contact my congressman so i did. USCIS told me congressman that as soon as they recieved info about me case from another office they could make a decision. So then my lawyer filed a service request March 8, 2013. The result of that was USCIS telling me via email my application was being processed at Vermont something I already knew. The only thing left to do was wait. Last monday I called USCIS one last time and the lady I spoke to gave me an email and told me to write in my situation. I wrote them an email explain my case demanding a better explation to why my case was taking so long. I got a response yesterday saying that it was being processed in Vermont and there was no estimates processing time. I was super bummed out.

Monday I left me job crying after working 13 hours just asking myself exactly why I was working and just questioning my life. I knew all my money was gonna go to school and i was just super depressed, wondering why bad things happned to good people and so on.

then today i leave work and get in my boyfriends car and i get a text from USCIS saying my case has been updated. so i coudlnt check it online bc i forgot the password. so i checked my email and it said I was approved for both applications. 2 separated emails. That is all. I didn't cry like i thought i would. I was in so much shock. i am very thankful to God for giving me the strenght to endure this all. It was been an emotional roller coaster. Now i can open my hairsalon and get my dream car and pay less for school. YES !
