With all the talent assembled @ the gvts disposable no one so this problem coming. We saw this problem coming 3 months into the program. Aug/Sept/Oct will not receive an apology, time will be lost, plans in disarray, and trust me this method is not full proof as well.

"And that Because her case is within normal processing times, our office will be closing this matter of her request."
All SERVICE CENTERS are only focusing on August applicants who applied 8/15/2012 threw 8/31/2012. Meaning everyone else is still within processing times since they are not working on there date of priority. they are now doing it by priority date. I called my lawyer she said they are now going by priority date no longer are they doing It random she said that's why cases were transferred so they can equal out cases that were left by hide and backlogged and now start by priority date and she said now that they figured out an official way to process them she Said anyone that applied August 15,2012 threw August 31,2012 are gonna hear something very soon because they are now only focusing by priority date which is demonstrated here

As you see under I821D they are only focusing on priority dates from August 31,2012 and before. So that means people are gonna have a longer wait that applied after August 31,2012 it's kinda like a VISA waiting line like they do for People waiting for a visa like the VISA BULLETIN BOARD.
This is some BULLLL***T if this is true. Why the hell would they process apps at random? How could people that applied in Aug-Oct (with clean records) still be waiting while people that applied in Jan were being accepted. This is some BULLLL***T

dont worry we should hear something every soon me and you are August applicants and also FYI at anytime of the processes they can issue a RFE even if they haven't done your background checks or if they have.

Calm down my lawyer said that they were working on case by case basis meaning it was random approves and the officers at that time can work on the cases anytime he or she wanted to and make a decision on them anytime they wanted to but now they can't since now they are working on August 31,2012 and before. They are now working by priority date I know how frustrating it is they should have done it this way from the get go but now that they have enough data they announced that on 4/3/2013 they are now working by priority date that was told by my lawyer and she talked to a NSC officer threw email about this topic and notified her she said you can call the national customer center and they will tell you they finally have an official timeframe on which apps they are working on this month under i821D which is August 31,2012 and before.

I completely agree with you. It should be common sense that applications should be handled on a first come first serve basis. I also called just now since its been 6 months and 2 days and the lady told me they don't have an exact time frame for Daca applicants. I then told her that their site says 6 months and she said they don't have to approve them within 6 months. She also said I have to wait 33 more days until I hit my 6 moth mark so they must be going by weekdays only.

Some Representatives are stupid. Some of them don't even know what they're talking about call again and talked to another Representative there is a timeline which is that they are working by priority date they are working on August 31,2012 and before.

It's annoying when I speak better english than a tier 2 rep. Before I hung up on her I asked what was the point of sending a service request when Ill just get a generic email. She had nothing to say so I hung up on her. I wonder if I'm the only one that gets so annoyed with their incompetence on the phone.
