I don't think that the mere fact of DENIAL would be detrimental to any constructive analysis.

But if details that would show that that person made grave lapse in judgement, or lack of common sense, you can expect people giving their opinion and that might not be pretty.

Before anyone gets denied, who really qualifies, USCIS appears to be granting generous means to 'appeal' through RFE.

So if you truly qualify you have nothing to worry about, but only learning from your mistake.

If you in the other hand try to lie, then I for one will not excuse you.

No, I did not bother SSA today, I did yesterday, they told me it would be processed today (9-21), but I'll give them until Monday to give me good news.

I could understand that.

I have no problem with you using a lawyer other than you most likely know as much or more than the lawyer if you're applying for DACA. I hate to compliment you because it seems we are at war, but you don't seem like an idiot. You just come off as paranoid.
I am paranoid, aren't some or most of us a little? I still applied didn't I.
We are not at war. It is all good.

Check out this thread. They've been updating it pretty quickly in my opinion.

Not everyone is fortunate enough to use their brain so the ones lucky enough to be able to should consider their fellow handicap human beings and ignore their retarded questions like asking on behalf of your 20 year old daughter if she qualifies because she got into a fight in high school.

What I'm trying to say is the smart people in this forum please shut up and pay your dues because because of these idiots you have a better chance of progressing in life and making more money.
I hear you but I do not agree, to be complacent is not an answer.
I have not had the easier way around life, and yet I somehow found a way to progress.. I mean, genealogy, and genes make a difference, but we are all equipped with all the same fundamentals to succeed.

I will never excuse complacency, we need to be better, even if just a little at a time.
That attitude was excusable in the early 90's. not now.
