Mr. Pena,

Thank you for the inquiry submitted to the Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (Ombudsman’s Office).

In response to our inquiry, USCIS has informed us that your case is actively being adjudicated.

Unfortunately, USCIS will require more time to complete its review on your case. We understand that we have our heads so deep up our asses that we are finding it difficult to process simple tasks. Unfortunately we have developed the attention span of a mule since the program began on August 15th. We are well aware the we are behind on all filed I-821d applications but what can you expect from a group of idiots like us. Please accept our apologies while we attempt to properly files cases received prior to August 31st, 2012. If we accidentally approve an applicant from January 2013, please declare it another brain fart from the mindless idiots in our office. If you feel you may have questions or concerns regarding your application please hesitate on calling us because we barely know what we are doing. To be hones with you, I'm surprised we even know our president is black considering I found out last week. Thank you for your patience anyways.

Please let our office know if you hear from USCIS during this time period.

Please note that the Ombudsman’s Office cannot compel USCIS to make a decision on a case, nor can it require USCIS to change a decision that it has made. Additionally, the Ombudsman’s Office is unable to help if you are seeking legal advice or assistance with an issue that does not involve USCIS. Please visit our website www.dhs.gov/cisombudsman for more information about our office.

Thank you for giving the Ombudsman’s Office the opportunity to assist you.

Sincerely,
Ariel Butthead
Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman
U.S. Department of Homeland Security"

I give up with those idiots and their generic messages. I think they think we don't know they are all computerized. They are all so damn vague to lol.

You'll be fine. I dont know how old you are but it seems the older you are, the longer its taking. Since its a bigger gap from 16 till now, there's more things too look at... more records and paper trail of things. GOOD LUCK!
Thanks for the information. I am 22, so I hopefully they don't take too long. Graduating with my bachelor's in May and I'd like to be able to use my degree!

Good luck to you too!
