Just wanted to add my acceptance here

Date I sent my application: 10/13/2012
Biometrics: 11/30/12
The I had to wait too long! My case was transferred from vermont to nebraska or smething for further checking! I was worried
Acceptance: 04/09/13
Delivered card through UPS : Today. 04/13/13 ( three days after acceptance REALLY? Yay!!!!!! )

Have faith people, I waited too long I swear. I wanted to pull my hair and I was cheking the website everyday no kidding!
But most applications are moving forward, let's hope the new immigration reform goes through!

Congrats! When was your case transferred?

I have a question. Since they have a processing time of 6 months now what does that mean for us? When i go and try to send an E-request it tells me i'm still in the normal processing limit. Which in my head is BS. I've been waiting 7 months 2 days and there trying to tell me i'm still not over the 6 month mark? So from what month should i start counting from if its not the date they've received my case?? I'm confused and upset at the same time.

No it is different now, forget the 6 months thing because that does not matter they are still approving randomly. [As far as complaints/E Requests] It is now by the processing date a.k.a the date they recieved your application and right now they are on August 31st so you are still inside of processing times. They will still approve randomy the date will be just for your complaints which they will IGNORE anyway. Hope that helps.
