anyway here's my last prediction (which is pretty much what DK is predicting with the difference that i think we can win GA and not a worry about runoff)

58 Democrats, 40 Republicans, 2 Independents

AK: Begich (D) by 15
CO: Udall (D) by 14
GA:Martin (D) by 5 --> come on Atlanta dont fail me!!!!!!!
KY: McConnell (R) by 3
ME: Collins (R) by 12
MN: Franken (D) by 4
MS-B: Wicker (R) by 4
NH: Shaheen (D) by 10
NM: Udall (D) by 19
NC: Hagan (D) by 6
OR: Merkley (D) by 10
VA: Warner (D) by 30

House

Democrats 268, Republicans 167

This is it.

we either get enough good senators and congressmen or we're screwed.
if all Dems and the 2 indies, vote the same then for sure we get the majority. hopefully we get some moderate republicans voting our way as well, when DA gets on the floor.

yeah i hate him, hopefully he wont change his mind about Dream and his immigration stance in general.

This is gonna be his last term anyway, people in Connecticut are furious at him for supporting McCain.

Let's hope not. Lieberman's very loyal to us. Meh, I he's still pretty liberal. I can't hate him.

I think he would still caucus with democrats or he will be kick out by Connecticut when he is up for reelection. He will most likely be stripped his chairman of homeland committee.

People will forget in the next four years. The general electorate is extremely fickle.

And remember what everyone said about him in his 2006 reelection campaign. He lost the Democrat senate nomination but he still won the election. It'll take more than just supporting John McCain to tear that seat from Lieberman.

That's my .02 cents anyway.

BTW Alex: I don't believe I've told you lately that I love you. I do <3. (Great thread =D)
