Why dont you contact your congressman. I have republican congressman, whole State on Tennessee is republican. I checked his website it says they can help with any immigration issue with delay or passport,etc.... I'm thinking about doing it about couple weeks.

To be honest, when i saw that my case wasn't on Initial Review anymore, i was in complete and utter shock.

Sup my people. Finally approved after 6 months and 17 days. Found out at work when my best friend of 22 years was next to me. I got a text and was afraid to check the site for my status fearing an RFE. It turned out to be an approval. My friend took me out to dinner and then we smoked hookah and enjoyed peace of mind for the first time in 22 years.

Approved April 17, 2013 (765 first, then 821D a few hours later

Just wanted to point out that I couldn't do a service request online. The system kept saying I was within my time frame. I called this past Monday to do a service request and the lady said that the system said my app was still in Vermont, and that it was within normal processing time. I told her that was bullshit because I had in my hand a Notice of Action saying my app was in Nebraska, and another Notice of Action saying VT received my app on Oct 3rd, which meant I was over the 6 month limit.

She said that the system updated every 30-45 days and since my app was transferred on March 6th, the system probably hadn't been updated to include that. I went on the USCIS site andd it said that the last update was February 28th, which meant that it had been exactly 45 days since the last update. She didn't have an answer for me. I was pissed off and decided I wasn't going to stress over this stuff anymore since it was starting to slowly drive me insane.

I don't know if my phone call had anything to do with this approval. Just wanted to add that my sister applied September 19th, and at 6 months and 1 week I did a service request for her and a week after that she was approved. Again, not sure if the request had anything to do with it, but it might've.

did you call last monday or this monday , i called as well , and they told me the exact same thing that my application was still in normal processing times even though im at 6 months plus , we almost have the same timeline , oh well , will see what happens
