OMG mine was received on May 10th.

Then how are people that applied in April getting approved? This doesn't make sense

so 2-3 weeks. at least now we have a target date for those of us who have gotten bios. and are just waiting for approval.

I don't understand why USCIS will admit that there are delays, but won't auto extend existing EAD by a few months to account for THEIR delays! This is gross negligence.

Actually it is not. This is a typical work style of government agencies. Why do you think USPS is buried in debt? Taxpayer's money at its best.

My priority date is May 10th, but my receipt is from the 13th.

I did my biometrics on July 12.

It's super frustrating.

It's funny how USCIS immediately cashed those $450 but are like "yeah, idk when you're getting your permit, just give me a few weeks".

So basically "sorry but expire while we fix this" wow. I think us September people might barely get by but what about this expiring next week this is not right

Mine expires Sunday.
