I got a letter back saying that they are not "expediting" DACA cases, but it was worth a shot anyway. For the record, I got the service request on the phone. And I made sure to be really nice to the operator (not let my frustration sound through) and he did it right away, no questions asked.

For example, my case status just went to post decision for my deferred action application and I received a text/email. The status for my EAD still says card production. I expect a tracking number notification within the next couple of days.

I got a message today at 3:00 P.M when I was at the Gym saying that my i-765 had been updated and at 8:45 got the text saying that I had been approved for both. I am so happy. Now just hopping they don't mess up my name. I hope that those that are still waiting get approved soon. Good Luck. |
