I'm approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems like a dream! i'm still in shock, but extremely happy!!!
I got a text yesterday at 4:15 PM stating my case was updated and there it was, work permit card went into production! at 8:00 PM received another text, checked my case, this time it was for deffered action, that it had been approved! i received another text this morning, about work permit being approved, then couple mins later another text and i checked again and it went back to card production!
i called on Friday 5/3 cause i had reached my 6 month, maybe that call helped
also, when i went to my Bios appointment the computer rejected all my fingerprints and the lady told me i would get another appointment. i never did, so i was a bit worried about that.
i also, as proof of the 5 year residency only submitted bank statements, i read somewhere that that wudnt be enough, but it was
ahhhh, im sooo happpy!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to receive my card and move on with the following steps!

I got approved on 5/6 It feels like I can start the rest of my life now =)

btw, when i called on friday, i was told they were processing cases received on August 31,2012 and i had at least a month more of waiting.. 2 days, later. i receive my approval so awesome!
