Request of evidence, after biometrics :( - Page 19

Wait for the letter to come in the mail and keep us all updated. We're in this together and we have to make sure every one eligible must and should get approved. OP get 2 affidavits ready just in case, and or they may ask you to provide an original document of something you've already sent.

ameyallibahena &hellogiggles, don't despair. I had to submit RFE for my I-130. Just make sure you respond to them as soon as you can and hopefully you will have what they are looking for. Respond before the deadline they give you and you should be good. As soon as you send in what they want, they resume with the process. Good luck and be sure to let us know what they wanted so we can try to help and also get a heads up. There will be more RFE to come.

They love to make our lives harder. Well just wait for the instructions and try to find more evidence. I think you guys will be fine.

Not sure if this was asked in one of the other threads, but for those who are getting RFEs: Are both your I821D and I765 cases updated in your portfolio online? That is, the date and case changes for both, or just one? Did you all receive a text/email when this change occurred?

but like everyone is saying this doesnt mean youre denied, just provide the info they want and you'll get approved.

I made an appointment on the 15th of August... I got it for Oct something... I sent my paperwork and everything already so if you want I can give you my appointment date and you can go instead of me..

Guys relax and wait for the RFE letter.

So sorry to hear that, ameyallibahena &hellogiggles. I have a feeling I will get an RFE because I have never had a bank account even though I submitted good evidence. I am mentally preparing already. But like everyone said, there is no sense in figuring out what ifs until you get the letter. Make sure you follow everything they ask of you to a T and keep your heads up. We are all here for you sending many positive vibes <3

this might be a dumb question...but...can they go on your facebook at all??...i mean...i think i read somewhere that courts now accept social media stuff for evidence...i was wondering if USCIS would do that..idk..just wondering.
