Clueless as to what? DACA is really simple. It doesn't give you any legal status or join the military or anything of that sort that Legal resident holders do. It's not rocket science my friend. The thing that I'll admit tho is that I have little to no clue as to how USCIS approves certain people who applied a month later than we did and gets approved way faster, considering how USCIS stated that they'll process DACA on a first come first serve basis.

But again we can only speculate since not one of us works at USCIS, but the instructions presented to us was pretty much clear.

My supervisors at the DA clinic seem to be correct: Sending too much evidence just lags your application and approval.

Do you guys think that's what's happening with your apps?

That and a slow processing center. Sigh. Sending good vibes (again) to you all.

This doesn't seen to be the case. Many people who are waiting here, like me, only turn in 10-20 pages of evidences. Everything just seen random at this point.

I've been wondering that too. I sent 40 pages. Can you guys share how many pages you sent?

EAD: February 7, 2013 SSN:Already Have DL:Gonna take a month or two..haha.never bothered to learn..too scurred

I sent about 80. Bank statements for every month from 2006-2012, plus school records from 3rd grade til high school, passports, visa, I-94.
