thank goodness I received my approval for 821D yesterday at 12 noon and for my EAD today at 4am. my expiration date is 10/24. Does the ear card really take 30 days to be delivered?

No - I heard the average has been around 4-5 days.

Hey guys! Got my EAD approved this morning! Woke up to a text updating my case status!
I821D still in initial review as expected.

EXP: 10/25/14
Renewal delivered: 7/7/14
EAD approved: 10/26/14

I got on to check my case status this morning and looks like it was approved and the card is being mailed to me!

EXP: 10/25/14
EAD approved: 09/26/2014

Since I've heard that the Texas service center is running behind, I'm curious if any of the recent renewal approvals in this thread are from Texas.

Yes, the Texas center is running way behind. My case is at Texas as well and I expire 10/02/2014 and I'm still initial review. If you check out otorringo's thread, his EAD expired 09-13-14 and was approved 09-23-14. Since the other processing centers are running on a pretty consistent schedule (approved one month before expiration), it makes sense to me to think that DACA renewal cases at the Texas center will be approved two weeks AFTER expiration.

My InfoPass meeting was not very helpful. There is no interim EAD, no service request, no expedite request available for DACA. The person I talked to was understanding, though. He said he'd email the people at the Texas center to see what's going on and explain that people are expiring soon. Doubt it'll help anything.

I finally got my EAD card yesterday. I got it really fast like in 2 days! They mailed it on the 25th and I got it on the 27th. I'll be heading to the DMV to renew my license tomorrow. I live in Texas by the way.

Got my card on Friday.

Ughh. Expiration on 10/21 and my case was sent to the Texas center. No word yet on status - I sent an ombudsman.
