Wow, I've been reading and seeing alot of success stories and others not so successful. Its been 9 months now and I'm still waiting. I have no run-ins with the LAW, no court hearings, no deportations proceedings, nothing at all. Been speaking with some fellow friends who had these issues and they got approved just like that, and already working. After surfing the web and reading peoples stories and seeing that they had multiple problems with the LAW and getting approved without any problems. Its very frustrating. I didn't want to write anything but after seeing all the contributions to the site, I had to post my information. To all the people who got Approved, hope its being used for right, and good luck to the people who are still waiting like myself.

Filling Date: 08-20-2012
App Received: 08-24-2012
Biometric Appt: 9-26-2012
RFE Sent: 02-10-2013
RFE Received at Vermont Office: 02-19-2013
Recieved letter on 04-24-2013 saying my app is beyond the expected six month processing period, and that I would just have to wait for future updates regarding my case when they get to my case. So I guess its just a matter of waiting.

It's very understandable, but there's nothing we can do other day keep on waiting...hey, it can be worse, I just barely sent my application and I'll do my biometrics next week, so my wait will be longer than you. Just keep on strong, as you have.

I'm really sorry to hear how long you have been waiting. This processing system is totally not fair!! N yes indeed there's people out there how have bad backgrounds and are been approved in a matter of weeks. I know of people who have been previously deported and got their case approved in less than a month. I wish we could do something to make USCIS hear all the complaints out there and that they would fix their processing system.

You're wait really sucks, I really hope they get to your case soon.
I know its unfair the way they did the approving out of order, it really messes up
Our emotions..But one thing u do know is that you will get approved, and its a
Good thing these dreamers got a chance to work legally. I'm glad they
Weren't judged on a small stupid mistake that was made early in their
Life.Hey if they approved them, you know they will approve you. I can imagine
Nine months of wait can drive people close to nuts. Good luck, I really hope get
Approved like Now along with Alex and Butters.
