That's normal. Usually the error is if you have a .tfi file

By ELIS do you mean the letter they send you to sign up online?

I did that and now it says my account doesn't exist, don't even remember how to set the account up again.. anyone knows?

I opened my account on last renewal. Then it seems like it was never closed. I can see my renewal cases are on the account as well as the current one.

Congratulations!!! My brother's expires in September, so I guess his should be coming soon as well.

I received the approval email today.

Same with everyone who got approved today, original expiration date 8/15/18
