I feel you about not being able to drive. I had to sell my car over 2 years ago and I'm going crazy. Well, at least most people have jobs, I don't even have that. I'm to old for this waiting crap.

My brother was arrested once for using a fake ID to buy alcohol when he was under 21 (I understand that this is stupid but he was young at the time) but wasn't charged with anything. Although he spent a night or two in a holding cell, he wasn't formally charged and his case was thrown out by the courts. Will this weigh in heavily on his case for deferred action? Despite this mishap, he definitely meets all of the qualifications for deferred action as he is college educated, has all the documents to prove that he has been in this country for over 14 years and is under the age of 30. And in addition to that, other than using a fake id, he hasn't committed any other crime during his stay here.

It is a desperately frustrating time for him currently because he is being head hunted by tech firms and ad agencies (he is a free lance copy writer at the moment since he can't legally get a job.) but he can't accept any of their job offers. He also has been waiting for any news of his case for over 7 months.
Nope not the correct place to post this, this is the approvals thread

i completely understand how you feel, i was working at a dead end job for 3 and a half years i started at minimum wage (7.25) and in all that time i only got up to 8.22 an hour only working part time, i mean nobody can survive off of that. but i'm actually starting a new job tomorrow and i couldn't be happier. your time is coming i know it!

The worse part is that I can't really talk to anyone about my depression I feel waiting for my approval.....In my family I am the only one that applied for DACA and all they tell me is to be patient but I feel they don't understand!
