So I was able to get Bally total fitness payment history, but it doesn't show any adresses on the history sheet, it only says my name and membership number and when i made payment. Will that be enough or they need to see adresses or state where bally was at?

Hey guys I got my card a less than a month ago. I recieved the two letters and stuff. Both with my name spelled correct. But behind my card they missed a letter. They spelled both of my last name and first name correct but not my middle name. My middle name is Leonardo and they wrote Leonard . They missed an O. Is that normal? Both of my last name have many letters... So I think they ran outta space. Anyone with the same problem? Or same deal?

Hey, guys. I just took a look at Nebraska's processing time frame and it used to say August 31, but now it says 6 months again. What does this mean? I was able to send in another e-request after trying for a few months. I will have 9 months waiting this upcoming June. June 11 is actually my birthday and if i got approved it would be the best birthday present ever. Anyone have any ideas why the change? Thanks in advance guys
