Now that I think about it when I called back in April they told me that they were working on cases from October 16... Pretty weird that they always say that they are working in cases that are right on the estimated processing time. I'm starting to think that all they do is say well we are in June now subtract 6 months and it's December let's just tell this people that we are working on cases from December. I wish they were more clear about the way they handle these applications

Asking for our applications to be approved in a day or a week is kinda unrealistic, but this type of applications should not take more than three months from the day the app is accepted. We can give them the benefit of the doubt by saying they received more applications than they expected...then again who knows.

I've said that before, just because someone has a clean record doesn't mean that the other John Smith does too. Again, I've done many background checks and the results might impress you. I've had some results stating that the name I searched (name without verifying SSN or DOB) have some big criminal histories...when in reality it was someone else. However, sometimes there's no SSN or DOB to match it with, and that's why it might be taking longer.
