the denials keep stacking up every month

That was gonna happen. However, that is still less than 2% for the month of May and a bit more than 1% overall. Consider that some people knew they were gonna be denied, but still tried. It's just interesting to see that May has the most approvals of any month so far, THAT should make us who are waiting happy.

I was approved after almost 2 months!

How are all you dreamers doing today? Its been a while since i logged in here after being approved. My life has changed!! In my state there is a new law that an adult if it is his/her first time getting a license then they must get a permit and hold it for 3 months. I got my permit at least . By September I will have a DL. So excited for a better life .

I just received my card today!!! It didn't give me any other steps, for example how to get a SSN. How did you get your SSN? I'll needed to get a license correct?

Finallyyyyy!!!!!!! Someone that knows the real reason we are getting this chance. I thought I was the only one that gave the credit the Latino population and to Obama.

Everyone has their believes but it kinda insults me when people give credit to god and not to the "real" people/latinos that fought for this chance.

Just goes to show you, I was approved in April and I dont believe in god, I dont pray, dont go to churck but I am still a normal Latino human being that was given the same opportunity.

Once again its good to know that there are others that think like I do.

You must go to your nearest social security office. Check online, thats what I did lol. I dont get what you mean by "I'll needed to get a license correct?"

I meant that I will need to get that SSN to be able to get a license?

Yes you need a SSN to apply for a DL or ID

I got approved today! After almost 3 months, I still can't believe it!

Application received - March 28 at the Nebraska Service Center
Receipt Letter Received by Me – April 4
Biometrics Letter Received by my Lawyer – April 19
Biometrics – May 3 (Appointment)
APPROVED - TODAY!! JUNE 17, 2013

About how many days will it take for my approval letter to get here?
